Software Development

Brilliance Technology owns two software research and development bases (one is in Beijing, the other is in Nanjing) and five products departments. It makes efforts to develop the products with decision-making intellectual property right and establishes the Brilliance brand. Until Sept. 2003, Brilliance Technology has made tens of self-developed, multiple-function software products and solutions, which can meet different professional and business requirements. Over forty of the products have been awarded the certifications.

The software products and solutions of Brilliance Technology have been widely used in finance, post and telecommunications, meteorology, commerce, aviation, manufacture, public safety, media, transportation, and tax system. Its products already built up a complete system to provide the service from the platform to the application, especially in finance area.
