Brilliance Technology Wins TMMI Level 5 Certification, Test Management and Delivery Capabilities Are Upgraded Again

In September 2025, Brilliance Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Brilliance") successfully passed the highest level 5 certification of Software Testing Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) recognized by the International TMMi Organization, which is the highest level of CMMI5 certification in the global software field in May 2023. Brilliance has won another international certification. Today's double 5 certification support indicates that Brilliance has built an IT service capability system covering the whole process of consulting, product demand, software development, testing, operation and maintenance. This dual certification is not only the recognition of the technical strength of enterprises, but also reflects the integration with the international mainstream technology and management requirements, and can provide customers with higher quality products and services.

TMMi (Test Maturity Model integration) is a non-commercial test process improvement framework developed by the TMMi Foundation. This model references the CMMI architecture and integrates international standards such as TMM and IEEE829, adopting a phased maturity grading system that covers five levels from the initial level to the optimized level. Among these, Level 5 is the highest level, requiring organizations to achieve internationally leading levels in test process optimization, defect prevention, etc. It enables continuous improvement of the test process through quantitative analysis, achieving synchronous improvement of test efficiency and quality.
