Unlike the traditional offline "one-to-one" marketing approach, it solves issues such as inconsistent marketing strategies among agents, one-sided information analysis, and vague customer profiles. It relies on the necessary support systems for current insurance operations (insurance core system, personnel management system, marketing system, reporting system), achieving a high degree of integration.
It realizes full-link digital management of the sales process, provides real-time insight into frontline marketing dynamics, promotes the construction of a standardized customer service platform, and supports the promotion of the new Service Expansion Basic Law.

The system overall adopts a microservices architecture design, implemented using the Spring Cloud framework. Under the premise of limited decomposition, it meets the flexible and changing business needs of the business end. The front-end processor uses the Netty framework, communicates with banks based on sockets to complete protocol conversion and message exchange, and provides robust security policies and mechanisms (such as message encryption/decryption). Load balancing techniques are used to address high concurrency issues in the project, Redis caching technology is employed to enhance the efficiency of requests and responses to banks, and interactions with other peripheral systems within the insurance company are conducted using Hessian or HTTP interfaces to reduce coupling.
